Leadership
Joanne Kelley Cogdell
Chief Executive Officer & Co-Founder
Joanne has worked in community education for over 20 years and harm reduction for ten years. She was an HIV Risk Reduction Specialist funded through the Minority Aids Coalition in Philadelphia for seven years. Joanne is a certified Opioid Overdose Prevention Trainer for the New York State Department of Health and is currently partnering with the University of Notre Dame, Department of Analytical Chemistry to develop local drug checking.
Adam Scholz
Chief Technology Officer & Co-Founder
Adam has worked as a Software Architect and full stack developer for mobile, web, and cloud applications for over 20 years. Adam developed the Naxos OD app and continues to develop and support new features.
